Not really sure what to say about this one. We heard thru the grapevine that there was going to be a “wild west” festival going on in Akkrum, which is the next town over from Jirnsum (going away from Grou), so we hopped on our bikes, it was a gorgeous day! We thought we would be able to find a place to stop and have lunch since we had already started clearing out the galley and getting stuff into winter storage bins on the boat.
No luck. So we went back to the restaurant at the marina – De Koken – which has lekker eten (tasty food) and quick service, and it’s cheap as well. Kinda like a triple play…
